Cloud Permission not allowed

the company where I work does not allow cloud storage. However I have used my applications without any warning. Isn’t the app seen as harmful to my IT rules? Or can I receive a warning report in the future? they don’t know appsheet.
I Work at Liebherr Group. Does anybody else have the same doubt?
