Construct a URL to a row within an app from outside of appsheet

Can I construct URL links to rows within apps from outside of appsheet? IE Tableau

Every view displayed in the app has a unique URL.

I felt like sometimes I would look at the URL and it was just a random mess, maybe that was just my imagination. Is URL navigation a feature or an oversight cause sounds very iffy to allow this? This is extremely useful as a maker of apps with a fully defined whitelist and user base that doesn’t know what a URL is but my security minded side is flagging on this.

Every view has its own URL:

The LINKTO…() functions are used to generate App values, a/k/a “deep-links”, which are just (parts of) URLs.
