Could someone please help? I have list of Dropdowns in my app.

When I select a Dropdown list and choose an option, it takes the value selected but it automatically prompts the next dropdown list to pop-up (almost not allowing the user to see which option they are choosing).

Is there a way to stop this from happening and have the user touch the dropdown list to choose when they are ready?

Sounds like you have auto reopen enabled… It’s a setting either in the form view, or in the options

Turn this option OFF: UX > Options tab > Advance forms automatically
