Create a new record by selecting date and time from Calendar

I’ve noticed many people trying my app that when creating events they usually try looking for a date and then clicking the “+” icon, but the date field didn’t update accordingly.
Is there a way to create a new record by selecting date and time from Calendar (in calendar view - of-course), is it possible and how?

You can’t choose a date from a calendar if this is what you mean? You click plus to create a record then in the form you choose the date & time.

My question is if after you choose a date from the calendar, can I set up that the initial value for the date field should be as the date selected in the calendar.

No. All the plus button means is create a new record. There is no link to anything in or selected in the calendar view
