Date Format Long Description

I have one columns contains date only, and the type of column is “Date”

The information is showing long form “Wed Sep 16 2020 00:00:00 GMT+0400 (Gulf Standard Time)”

I need to show only the Date!

Turn long format option off from the column details

It was already off, the issue was that in google sheet the column is formatted as date, as Steve explained
I made all columns Plain Text, it worked perfect.

Where is it showing this? If in your spreadsheet, change the format for the entire spreadsheet column to plain text. In general, it is advisable to change the entire spreadsheet’s cell format to plain text.
