Date format in .xlsx template

Hi

I am generating a simple .xlsx template as part of a workflow but the [Date] column is coming out as MM/DD/YYYY but I need it to be DD/MM/YYYY. Changing the settings in the spreadsheet itself doesn’t seem to work.

Could someone advise on a solution for this?
