Delete Quick Start Apps

I have several Quick Start Apps that popped up and I need to delete them because they are based on spreadsheets that were not meant to be used for this purpose. How do I delete them? There is no intuitive option to delete them or drag them to the trash.

As I understand it, Quick Start apps don’t actually exist–it’s just AppSheet suggesting spreadsheets that might be good candidates for apps.

Yes that is correct. They don’t actually exist — they are just showing a list of recently used spreadsheets based on modified date.
