Deployment questions…does each user need a smartsheet license in order to login to appsheet when we go live?

Or do they just need a passeord… I know we can share sheets with non licensed users and they create their own password.

I’m sure I’ll get hit with these questions tomorrow when I meet with IT.

No. You can use whatever backend you want. They simply need some method of authentication. A free Google account would even do.

So if we are all office 365 they can use that even if data is smartsheet driven?
