Development environment

Hi, I would like to ask you if there is a separate development environment where, while the app is in the Deployed state, I can operate on the Latest version by adding new columns (Regenerate Structure) on the tables without incurring errors and malfunctions on the Stable version that all users are using.

I wouldn't want to work on a copy of the app that has different sources.

Latest vs Stable versioning is only available for Enterprise plans.

Adding or removing columns to a spreadsheet source is still going to cause errors on the Stable version.
