Duvida para gerar uma ação

  Boa noite.........Pessoal estou tentando seguir uma ação para gerar um PDF através do ID....mais não tenho ideia de como configurar.....tentei usar a fórmula Data TODAY() ou NOW () a questão é que quando gero ou PDF a data do registro fica como data atual....e que precisa o PDF com os dados do registro e não com os dados atuais...por isso que tenta pelo gere ID ....mais não consegui......alguem teria ideia como consigo resolver.?

In your Date/DateTime column, put the expression NOW() in the Initial value field, instead of App Formula. In this way, it will calculate only once; at the creation of the row. 

Regarding the second part, I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do, but in any case, you cannot change the value of your Key column once the row is created.
