E-mail attachment format gets disrupted every time

There’s an e-mail attachment in a workflow rule, which has images in header and footers (imagine a standard company letterhead). No matter how I much I perfectly align (visually, to my eyes) the images and the text within the document, when the attachment is delivered along with the mail, the whole thing gets disrupted - the images get thrown out of position, which in turn disrupts the text alignments.

I have no idea how to fix this, hell I don’t even know if this has anything to do with appsheet professionals. But still, it needs fixing and I have no place to post this other than this forum.
