I have a client with a user whose Edits are not Syncing to the server - even with connection established.
I remember in the old forum coming across an article how to place the app in "recovery" mode (not sure if that was the correct term) where the Edits could be exported, removed and the app basically reset to function normally. The exported edits could then be carefully uploaded to the app.
I cannot seem to find that article now. Does anyone know how I can access it?
