Enum buttons selection save issue

I have created a form that showed an enum button to select accept or ignore. If we select any button it will not save . But it works in the past.

Did it have automation before or bolt. if yes have you tested it?

Yes, it is automated and tested.

Make sure Advance forms automatically is ON:

Looking closely at your screenshot, I see the view is a detail view, not a form view. The setting I shared was for form views only.

When you say it doesn't save, what isn't happening that you expect to happen?

Not the view you shared originally, but OK.

Do you have any hidden columns below the Response column?

@Steve  Actually, we added the row data directly to the sheet and we try to edit the data using  Appsheet form URL and also it works fine previously. But Rightnow, we can't able to edit or save the data in Appsheet.
