Error app usage plan required still here

Hi, I created an app with a free account. Later, after exceeding the 10 user limit, I got the error

"Plan upgrade needed — click to fix it!
Some prototype-stage apps have significant user activity (more than 10 users):
[...]
Please convert them to deployable apps with an appropriate plan. Please see the App Info pane for details."

So I bought the "starter" plan, but the error still appears. How can I fix it? Will my app be blocked?

Starter plan is 5$ per user. Have u put 5 plus users in your billing acc?

Did you deploy the app?  You are allowed the up to 10 users only on non-deployed apps.  If you go beyond that user count the app is considered no longer a prototype and from AppSheet's perspective should be deployed.  If you are still working on changes while more than 10 users are using the app, think of it as "Beta" testing - which usually happens on live apps.

CAUTION: by deploying the app, certain functionalities are enable such as email generation.  Emails will be sent to the configured email adresses as "live" emails.  Also, any Scheduled Bots you implemented will also be subject to running if Enabled and criteria is met.
