Error while loading image

I am getting an “Error while loading image.” when trying to add a photo from the phone camera roll (“Choose from Existing”). This does not occur when taking a photo, just when adding images from the camera roll. A user identified the issue and I am able to verify on multiple devices and across different apps.

Any ideas?

Im also facing this on Iphone

Go to the phone settings for Appsheet and confirm Photo access is set to “All Photos”. It appears at some point this was changed on some of the devices we have it running on.
