Failed to replicate ORDER CAPTURE "Add" button - Help

On the left is the ORDER CAPTURE sample
app. I’m trying to replicate the “ADD”
button feature in my app on the right.

Somehow have not succeeded in
raplicating it.

I have tried making the child column
ORDER DETAILS: ORDER ID as
“Is a part of” But also still no “ADD”
button shown.

Can anyone help?
I must have missed something.
