Filling out a form doesnt automatically sync

I have a form in one of my apps.  When the users fill it out and click "save" it stays in the waiting to sync queue until the user has to click on that now as well.  In other words, the user has to click on "save" and re sync.  Is this new?

What makes you think he has to? It doesn't sync after 1-2 minutes?

No it doesn't.   I tried it as well.  I let it sit for 6 min.  It would not sync without my clicking on it.
