Filter a column while filling a form

I have a form where the user can add the City and State of a External Visitor to a register.
The city is a ref to a City table with all cities of my country
I would like to filter this list based on the state choosen on state
As an example, if the user choose NY it will list the cities of NY. But if the user change the state to FL then the list of cities will also change. This before the user save the changes to the row
