Formula for finding current app name

Hi,

Is there a way or a formula for finding current app name? Same question for current view table name.

I am actually thinking on creating an universal expression for notifications, to take the user to current app,table,and row, an expression to be copied when needed in any app. I don't like building them every time 😞
