Google Sheet Storage and limitation solution

Hello Community,

first -Is there any solution to expand or increase storage .

Second- If I put these data in another database ,can I access or retrieve data from API in appsheet without Storing in google sheet.

Actually this is master data in my appsheet.

Second = Hmmm yes AFAIK.  But for 373k rows you're going to need to be looking at an SQL database.  BiqQuery and Appsheet Database cannot do that many rows

Temporarily remove data from the sheet until it's under 100k. Load the sheet into the app. Put all of the removed data back into the sheet.

Yes, you can access any data loaded into Appsheet, via its API, no matter what the actual source is.
