HELP: Assistance Needed with Bot Issue

I'm currently facing an issue with a bot I set up three days ago. Initially, everything was working fine, and all the tests I ran were successful. However, when I logged in today to run a few more tests, I noticed that it's no longer functioning. Strangely, there are no error messages on the test page, but the emails aren't coming through.

Even stranger, on the monitor page, none of the tests I ran today (11/19/2023) are listed and I ran about 20-30 of them.

I'm wondering if anyone else might have insights on the best way to troubleshoot this kind of problem. It's a bit perplexing as everything was running smoothly just a few days ago.

The community's assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

In case anyone else runs into a similar issue, I resolved mine by turning off PII for email addresses.
