Has the tooltip feature of the chart view changed?

Hello,
I noticed today that the ability to display sum as a tooltip when hovering over a graph in the chart view is gone.
(This is the boxed part of the attached image. This picture is what I captured in the past when the tooltip was displayed.)

It is inconvenient that the chart data tooltip does not appear.
Have any updates or changes been announced about this?
