How to remove the following from hamburger menu -

About, App Gallery, Create New App, and Log Out?

Unfortunately you can’t hide them.

If you whitelabel the app, then two of these go away. If your app doesn’t require signin, then there won’t be a Log Out.

You cannot hide the About option.

Yes, that’s right. There are some minimum subscription requirements in order to be able to white-label.
