Sorry, I am not fully clear with your requirement. Do you want to reduce the Quantity from the Total Inventory?

Also one more thing. Sharing admin rights of your app to someone is not secure i think. They can access the sheet data through the app.

Updating balance AppSheet Automation

Hello everyone ! I am working on drug inventory management app. here is my tables 1 drugs list [image] 2. store where balance is maintained [image] 3. prescription where drugs quantity issued to pt [image] guys I can’t figure out how to update the balance in store table using values from the prescription tables for individual drugs. so that timely stocks can be updated. pls help, also suggest if there is other way around ! thank you !
