Hello, it seems something may have changed with virtual columns.

I entered an area in my app I hadn’t used for some time and the formatting is distorted. I use a virtual column on an a field to display text only (vs. text and image which is the default).

The virtual column which I call “virtual_recipe” has

[recipe_id].[recipe_title] but the form displays only “…” on the screen.

When I replace the virtual_recipe field with the corresponding field name [recipe_id] it displays the entire title along with the associated image.

This was working perfectly just about 3 weeks ago. Can someone help? Thanks

@Daisy_Ramirez Can you take a screenshot?

I’m not sure what you mean by “text and image which is the default”.

Have you tried explicitly setting the Column Order in your view settings?

@Aleksi_Alkio Hi Aleksi - I removed the field with the Deref and re-added it and then clicked the Save & Verify just to make sure and it seems to be ok.
