[Help] Action does not sync to database

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered an action that does not sync to the database?
I have an action that sets value to columns but when triggered, it reflects on screen the changes but does not sync back to the google sheet database.

I have found the problem with this, it was due to a validation using dependent dropdowns but the valid_if exception was not shown because of a grouped action.
Issue was resolved after the (imported) data has been corrected.
