Help with 'Editable If'

I am trying to use the Editable If constraint to only allow certain users to edit a column.
See attached Screenshot. The Orders Column does not show at all for other users now.

Can anyone help me with what I am doing wrong?

If the column is not editable and blank. it will not be displayed in forms. Why do you want it displayed if user’s can’t edit it?

Even if it’s not blank it is still not showing and I have initial value set to Zero.

Engineers on site make requests for material.

Buyers in the office group the Requests to make Orders. Only the buyers can create and edit order numbers. Engineers on site need to see the Order no for deliveries.

Are you using a slice? If so, is the column included in the slice?
