Hey, I was wondering if you’re planning on adding a way to update/respond to a workflow email or notification directly from the email itself?
For example a workflow would trigger an email to approve/decline a request/requisition, then the recipient would be able to respond via a Yes/No button therefore changing the status of a row in the app without actually going through the app itself.
This would be useful for more senior level employees that wouldn’t necessarily use the app on a day to day basis but would still require input in certain decisions.
Not sure if this is currently a feature or in development but any feedback would be much appreciated!
Triggering an action by sending direct email is not available, but you could use AppSheet API to initiate a data update externally: https://intercom.help/appsheet/integrations/api/api-the-essentials
