How can I use the slice for the template? I have a slice named “Daily Census”, I want a table derived from it to report as a table with this expressikn

Is there a way to generate the variables on the slice

If you are asking if a Report can be based on a slice, then the answer is yes.

Next question is can I use the details/variables from the slice like a regular table?

The report can include the fields that are present in the slice.

Ok will try it again, but so far it wouldn’t work the same as the regular table, but would only list the keys.

It should definitely work to include the fields of the slice in the report.

Make sure the fields are not “Hidden” and check for “Show_If” that might hide the fields.
