How can i change the text "key field ... is required" ?

There is an "Invalid value error" config inside each column to customize that.

Now, your problem comes from not adding a proper Initial Value expression for the Key column

i tried put an expression , but it did not work , Do you have an example ?

Try with a basic expression. "This entry is invalid" for example is a text expression

Well, using an appropriate initial value will prevent that text from showing ever, so that's why most of us don't have problems with it

First, choose a better label. Lately I add a column to my tables just with this purpose in mind. I mean, it's weird for your users to see that this record is "8AF4FB3" for example.

Second, it seems you are lacking an ID column. This is common when making an app with tables that you made previous to AppSheet, that already had data, and were not prepared for AppSheet specifically.
