How do I add an image to a button

I'm needing to include an icon or image with a button to draw attention to the user.   I've seen this before here on sample screenshots but can't figure it out.

• I have an ENUM field in my table.
• The ENUM field is a REF field to a table that contains the needed values as well as an Image for each record. The image column is marked Label

Looks like the images appear when the buttons are in Stacked  mode vs. Auto
