How to Insert Inventory Items

Hi Guys!
Very Good day. Hope all of you are fine.
How should I handle this (following) invoice to KeyIn to the Table.

Actually, I am talking about the items. In many other UI, there is a local table with which one can insert all the data first into the local table/local interface, then altogether SUBMIT to the database. Can I do this here?

Or I am to insert one by one? Please help me to know which mode is possible/suggested in AppSheet?

I guess u mean importing an excel and converting the data to the relevant tables?
