I'm afraid AppSheet doesn't have this feature directly. One workaround is to add one virtual column with a formula like "Boys "&SUM(TableName[Boys])&" Girls "&SUM(TableName[Girls])&" Total "&SUM(TableName[Total] and then group the view with that column.
