How to tranfer the LatLong datatype to an address on google sheet?

I am having a column which is storing the location using HERE() when user create an job.

May I know how can I tranfer that LatLong data to an address?
I have tried to follow https://www.geocod.io/how-to-turn-latitude-and-longitude-into-addresses-in-google-sheets/

I can run it without error and get the same result as the example. However, it just does not show anything in the google sheet for mine LatLong...

I tried something with apps Script but it failed too. I don't think it is possible
