I have an URGENT billing situation Iโ€™ve been trying to resolve for over a week.

My account is now on โ€œblockedโ€ status and Iโ€™m unable to access the app. I have users on the app as well.

I have my parent account where I need to insert info for the account above in order to apply my discount but what Iโ€™m seeing is this screen in my parent account. Iโ€™m unable to insert the account info.

Can someone please help?!!!
