I need help

Hi. I have an appsheet app, but it lacks some details to finish it, as well as solving the extreme slowness when saving the data. the developer who was making the app has disappeared (it does not answer my calls or answer my messages) for two months. I also don’t know where my account is. on the other hand we made a clone of the app for another workgroup and we don’t know the status of the account either. I need help!!!
