Image not displaying in form view. Bug Encounter?

 But it's giving me this result

or I'm just doing it wrong?.. Tried to open it in diff browser but giving me the same result.

The path of the folder might be the issue. Is the folder DC located in the home of Google Drive. You can also try moving this Folder to the same folder as the Googlesheet and then specify the path.
