Image too large

Hi, is there a difference in the size of images vs. thumbnail?

I recently switched some image columns to thumbnail and the images uploaded last week have not been displaying and I am getting this content in the excel sheet?

Its hard for me to know whether this happened before or after I switched the file type? I’m hoping the user can re-upload and it should appear as normal but just a bit concerned of this reoccurring

Given the error, I would guess your primary data host–where the uploads are stored–is nearly out of space. Have you checked that?

I don’t think there is an actual file-size difference between thumbnail and image - I believe it’s just a matter of how the image will be rendered inside the app.

The actual size of uploaded images is controlled elsewhere (I’m sure you’re aware).
