Is "Workflow" only available in paid plans?

I've been trying to build a sequence of tasks when a new row is added for a table, then records of multiple tables will be added into table B. However there are limitations to this tasks as Bots and Processes is only available for a single table, which makes the recording part into table B impossible. 

Which then leads me to look into workflow, where it seems documented but not available for the free version of the Appsheet.

Workflow is deprecated. Where did you find that.

On youtube I believe. When did it get deprecated? Because some videos timeline are in 2021 with is pretty recent imo.
