Is it possible to change the header and footer color for every menu item?
I would like to have different colors for different menus as the picture shows an example. How can I get this effect?

No, not exactly. But you could create separate apps for each โ€˜moduleโ€™, giving each one their own color. Then use an App Launcher to link them.
