Iโ€™m afraid itโ€™s not. It belongs to PREMIUM plan or Publisher Plus (or above).

Oh dear! Iโ€™ve been using it with a deployed app! I hope I donโ€™t have to pay more It doesnโ€™t show an error in the โ€˜plan requirementsโ€™ view?

No, all the non-default sync options require at least the Premium/Publisher plan
