Lost access to spreadsheet

Hi all,

I have been prototyping an app with a few users for 2 weeks. It has been working fine.

All of a sudden one of my users can not log in as it says a spreadsheet has been moved, renamed or deleted. It definitely has not. I am using OneDrive and excel spreadsheets. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The other users of the same app that are not experiencing the problem?

Does your app require sign-in? If yes, is the affected user signed-in?

In the app editor, in Data >> Tables, is Access mode for all tables set to as app creator?

Also in the app editor, in Data >> Tables, is Shared? set to ON for all tables?
