Action buttons not showing fully in mobile dashboard view

I have a dashboard view. It has the settings “use tabs in mobile view “ selected. This must be done if you wish to see any Behaviour>action buttons. In mobile view, this will add a new line of tabs at the top of the mobile view. The problem with that is that it cuts off the bottom of the action button by the same number of pixels as the line of tabs. See screenshot. 

Any chance this can be fixed?
