At looking at the message, something grabs my attention: "Microsoft cloud service is temporarily unavailable".

Maybe something to do with it ?

I have an app running on MS as well, no trouble here.

Thanks for your response, this error was the result of corrupted app data. I had to replace the corrupted excel file with a backup to restore the app.
