Need help building child records...

Hello All,
I have an App with Parent and Child records.  In the Parent record, the user selects one or more facilities that the request could affect.  In the below screen shot, this request can affect Arroyo Grande, Madisonville, and Temple facilities.  Each facility has their own general manager, listed in another table.  My problem is that I am not sure how to pluck the individual facilities out of the facility field in the parent record to build the child records in the GM Table as each GM has their own approval of the request.  

I will send a notification to the GMs selected for their approval.  They will each then need to go into the Parent record, review it and then go to the Add/Edit GM Approvals related records to be able to approve or deny the request for their facility.

Hopefully that is enough information and any help is appreciated...

So you need a child record for each selected facility?

Yes, one for each selected facility.  I will look into action loops...thanks...

If you have a Core subscription, one way is to create those records in advance with the Bot/Webhook.
