Negative Number Formatting Question

I’m trying to get the displayed numbers from my table to align in a more aesthetic fashion and the minus signs are killing me. I’ve got format rules to make the negatives red, so they’re not necessary. Is there a way to get rid of that leader? A way to get centering in the columns? Thanks!

There is no way to center values in a column.

As for removing the minus, the best you could do is create a virtual column with the absolute value of the original column and display the virtual column instead.

@Kim_Harford I discussed with Praveen, and we agreed it makes sense to right-align all numeric columns in table views. In an app with a mix of prices, percentages and other numeric columns, it seems to make it much more readable, and this is more consistent with how Google Sheets and Excel display numbers by default.
