New Bug Encountered: A stripe appears at the top of the screen

A stripe appears at the top of the screen in the browser’s display. It occupies a part of the screen and I can’t see the bottom of the dashboards to change the size of objects.

It appeared after the error in the dashboard produced when activating the option “Use tabs in mobile view” and that the whole system was blocked. Then I deactivated the option and then everything was working but the strip appeared. After a few restarts disappeared a few days but has reappeared.
