New Bug Encountered: Bulk read option is a one-way toggle!

I turned on the the “Bulk Read” setting and now feel that it may be causing syncing problems on my app. I would like to turn it off again but, alas, it seems to be a one-way option – I could choose it but I can’t unchoose it. Help!

UPDATE: I wrote an e-mail to AppSheet support and I learned that this is not a bug. AppSheet has changed the setting so that once you select this option, you cannot unselect it. I’ve suggested that an option that cannot be unselected may not need to be an option and was told that my suggestion would be discussed.
