Mobile Apps display “Not Connected Error” when I touch an App notification during a Sync of the same App (Android V9)

I think I know what happened - the device was take offline and then the deep-linked notification touched. So it actually is more of a usability Issue as you lose the ability to go back to the same link later when you put the device back online …
