Hi! Hi! I am trying to get my workflow email to send with USERNAME(), but it wonโt work. I have used USEREMAIL() before, and that worked.
USERNAME() Sent You A New Store List (<<What is the Store List Name?>>)
is what I typed for body template of the workflow. But when I received the email, it showed as thisโฆ
USERNAME() Sent You A New Store List (Gerrities)
I mean you donโt need to, the same thing will happen, but to find the workflow, go to workflow and it should be the one called Send New Store List.

So I tried sending a different support section email, as a test, and it worked. So I decided to try my other data points again, but once again, same error. Could you help me with both problems?
